Six-Week Basic Yoga Flow Series

While creatively incorporating breath work and flow-sequencing, students will increase strength, flexibility, and balance. With a focus on finding harmony through awareness and mindful movement, the student will deepen their practice and gain a strong sense of well-being, rejuvenation, and mental clarity. Modifications will be provided so that students of all levels may find their desired level of intensity within each posture.
Six-Week Chair Yoga Series
When: Mondays from 9:00 – 10:00 AM, March 23rd – April 29th

Discover the benefits of yoga in a gentle and accessible approach with chair yoga which is ideal for seniors or anyone looking for a low-impact practice. Using a chair for support, we’ll move through a series of seated and standing postures, gentle stretches, and mindful breathing techniques to enhance mobility, improve balance and flexibility, build strength, boost circulation, and reduce stress. This class promotes your overall well-being — no mat or previous yoga experience is required!

When: Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, March 17th – April 21st

Brenda will provide an introduction to the basic foundation of yoga through a workshop approach that will increase your confidence as a yoga student. Brenda provides clear instructions and appropriate modifications that support your understanding of yoga in a welcoming environment. At the end of the session, students will be prepared to join a yoga class at a studio or online that is appropriate to their level and goals. This class is appropriate for beginners and yoga students who would like to deepen their understanding of yoga.
