Six-Week Beginner Series at Body Mind & Core in Camp Hill, PA
When: Mondays from 6:00 pm, January 23rd, 30th and February 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th
Where: Mind Body & Core Yoga Studio, 225 South 19th Street, Camp Hill PA
Cost: $75 (includes one yoga block as a prop for students to keep)
Introduction to the basic foundation of yoga through a workshop approach that will increase
your confidence as a yoga student. Brenda provides clear instructions and appropriate
modifications that support your understanding of yoga in a welcoming environment. At the end of
the session, students will be prepared to join a yoga class at a studio or online that is appropriate to
their level and goals. This class is appropriate for beginners and current yoga students who would
like to deepen their understanding of yoga.
